We will be camping overnight at Camp Dan Beard in the Potawatomi Woods Forest Preserve!

This experience gears towards the new recruits, with the assistance of Troop 188 Guides.

The focus of this outing is basic camping skills with emphasis on teaching new scouts how to prepare and actively participate with confidence in camping trips.

Scouts should bring their normal camping gear, and of course ‘BE PREPARED” for rain!

Camping gear list will be covered at an upcoming Troop Meeting.  Mom and Dad will get a list too!
