Once again, Troop 188 has been asked to assist our Charter Organization, Christ Lutheran Church, with their Annual Church Rally Day Picnic with their games area.

Please arrive by 10:30 AM to assist with set up and the running of game stations throughout the event.  The event will end upon completion of clean up at approximately 1:30 PM.

Lunch and beverages will be provided by CLC.

Point person from CLC is Mrs. Barclay.

Point person for Troop 188 is Mr. Schneiderwind and Leo K., Youth Service Project Coordinator.

Class B is appropriate attire.

This event counts as service hours.  It is the responsibility of the scout to sign in upon arrival and out upon departure to earn proper credit.
