Every year around Easter time Willow Creek Community Church in South Barrington has this serving and learning opportunity called Celebration of Hope. It includes services that teach about serving the poor in different areas of the world, as well as locally. They have organizations that are doing things set up displays in the lobby area to show and educates ways they are helping the under-resourced.

Part of this is seed packing. It is sort of the next step to Feed My Starving Children. We pack seeds for a town in Africa that has received food from Feed My Starving Children, and they said they were doing good on eating, but needed to take the next step.

CLASS A Uniform is REQUIRED.

A brief tour of exhibits will be had after we complete our duties.

35 spots have been reserved. Families are ENCOURAGED to join us! You will find the sign up sheet on the information table at our troop meeting. Drivers will be needed to transport youth! Please volunteer to assist.

Being organized by Tristan Ott., Troop Service Project Coordinator
Adult Leader is Mr. Gedgaud
