Parents are to supply transportation to and from Roy Wilmering Scout Cabin.

Dinner (Pizza) 7:30 PM
Scouts recreate 8:15 PM – 9:00 PM
Planning Meeting 9:00 – 10:30 PM

Saturday
Rise & Shine 7:00 AM
Breakfast
Clean Up
Scout Pick Up 9:00 AM

Wear Class B uniform and weather appropriate outer wear.  Bring work gloves!

Scouts should bring a sleeping bag/pad/pillow/pajamas/change of clothes, toiletries, water bottle and a favorite board game or deck of cards.

NOTE – If they are bringing a video/computer game, they will need to have a method to display/play the game, and controls for multiple people.  this is supposed to be a SOCIAL event.  Video/computer games need to be rated E or E+10.  FYI – I STRONGLY suggest that the boys leave the electronics at home!  The problems associated with transportation, set up, missing cords/parts and possible damage is not worth the minimal game time that they will have. ~ Mr. Jackson
