Have a one track mind? Saturday the 11th of May, 2019 we will ride the trains of yesteryear while learning about rail safety and the trains of the past and present. Activities will be available for Boy Scouts, Girl Scouts, and Cub Scouts as well as all youth groups.
Boy Scouts will be able to work on the Railroading Merit Badge!
There will be guided tours for all age groups. Boy Scouts going for the railroading merit badge will have a special tour dedicated to helping them learn those specific requirements.
Agenda for Scout Day Events:
9:00 AM Check in at Depot
9:30 AM Flag Ceremony in Front of Depot
9:35 AM Safety Briefing for all guests.
9:50 AM Classes Start
12:00 PM Lunch
1:00 PM Boy Scout Merit Badge Exams near Diner
6:00 PM Museum Closes
Scouts who are not on an active tour or in the merit badge classes can ride trains at any time that they are operating.
Scouts who are doing the merit badge classes will be able to ride the trains between 1 and 5 PM.

TROOP LOGISTICS BELOW:
Fee is $20.00. Includes transportation, entry and train rides. This does not include any meals. (Food is available on site although a sack lunch is recommended AND a stop for dinner will be made on the way home, $10 meal money recommended)

All scouts need to be in their Class A uniform.
